Cancellations and returns
If you want to cancel an order, you can do it without any additional cost before the shipment has been done. If the cancellation comes through once the order is already shipped, it will be considered a return.
Book order returns
If you want to return an order made through our website, you can do so within 14 natural days from its arrival. Items will have to be returned as new and without visible use. You can contact us at [email protected] if you want to return your order.
Beware that there are items that can’t be returned (imported books, print under demand books, second hand books…). Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions about your order.
Shipping fees will be taken care of by the customer unless the item came faulty or BOOKISH VENTURES SL has sent the wrong item. If the latter, returns due to faultiness or wrong products will be taken care of by Alibri / Bookish, but only if the customer paid shipping fees when buying the product.
If the books or items show signs of use or have been damaged, BOOKISH VENTURES SL holds the right to submit complaints. In this case, the staff at BOOKISH VENTURES SL will contact the customer to initiate the relevant checks about the issue.
The refund will be effective through the same mean of payment as the one used on the original purchase. The property and loss risks fall on the customer at the moment of delivery. This risk will still fall on the customer in case of returns until delivery to BOOKISH VENTURES SL.
Return of non-book items
Unfortunately, we only accept returns of books under the conditions mentioned above. All non-book items (e.g. reading accessories, stationery, etc.) are non-returnable.
