The First Certificate Creative Writing CD-ROM is a unique product and an innovative resource for both teachers and students, which provides a motivating framework for First Certificate Paper 2 preparation. The Disk contains four elements: A sophisticated and stimulating word-processing tool; an authoring tool; a slideshow maker and player; and language practice exercises. The word-processing tool contains the core material: approximately 30 FCE-type writing tasks with instructions, sample sentences, model answers and language help. The authoring tool means that the tasks can be added to by the teacher and indeed the student. The slideshow maker and player enables the user to combine sound, graphics and text into a multi-media presentation.
