This third edition of his popular book brings the century up to date with an analysis of the results of the 1997 general election and the impact it will have upon Scotland at the end of the millennium. This will also be the first book published after Scotland voted for a separate Parliament of its own, and assesses the consequences for the future of Scotland in particular and Great Britain as a whole.
